Helene Taylor
Helene is originally from New York State, and arrived in beautiful Salt Lake City in 1993. She has a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Illinois. While in graduate school, she fell in love with fitness as a way of staying healthy and keeping her head above water while studying. She continued that love of fitness after graduate school, becoming a part time ski instructor in 1983. She is a PSIA Level 2 Certified Ski Instructor, is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, and an active Cross Fit athlete. She currently works at Primary Children’s Hospital as a Speech-Language Pathologist and is a Ski Instructor and Coach at Park City Resort. Helene has two very active children who have followed in her footsteps with their own passions for activity and wellness. Her motto, “The harder you work, the luckier you get” was passed on from her father, who believed (as she does) that we become better when we balance our lives between work, play, friends and family. Everything is possible!

She is a NASM certified personal trainer, as well as a PSIA Level 2 certified ski instructor. Her motto in and out of the gym, with or without clients is, “Train insane or remain the same.”
