The Life is 4 Fun On-Line Personal Training Program

We will offer you a balanced, personalized fitness program that can meet your own time and schedule needs. You are no longer locked into a gym or workout schedule time. The time of the day that you exercise is up to you, remembering that time and temperature is a factor for everyone.

Workout segments will be 12 weeks long, with new workouts sent every 2 weeks (on Sunday) based on progress. This workout will be customized for you, not a one-size-fits-all program. Video links will be provided for each new movement that is added to your workout.

Typical workout days will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, with an active rest day (that means that you are moving) on Thursday, workouts again on Friday and Saturday, with a true rest day on Sunday.

The cost of the program includes personalized fitness programming, nutritional guidance, email contact with our coaches, phone contact as needed, and a program that is adjusted according to your progress.

Based on the information provided in your intake forms and through our communications with you, we create a 12-week online cross-training program customized to you, that:

• Is built around your schedule
• Focuses on the type of exercises that will help you reach your goals
• Follows known principles of exercise programming in line with your level of fitness, needs, and goals
• Is 12 weeks in length

The information that you provide will also help in determining:

• The number of sessions that you train per week.
• The length of time spent during a training session.
• The type and number of rest days between workouts)
• Total rest days per week (active rest and total rest)
• The type of exercises that you will do
• Volume and intensity of exercises.
• Rest time in between sets and exercises
• Exercise progressions
• How intensity of exercise will be increased

Email contact with me should be a minimum of twice per week, but can be as much as daily, based on your needs. Phone and video calls can also be scheduled.

Total workout time will be 30-60 minutes, but may be spread into shorter intervals throughout your day.

Nutritional guidance will also be provided, based on the information that you provide in the initial intake questionnaire and subsequent communications. This information will include basic nutrition education including guidance on calorie targets, macro target, meal timing suggestions, hydration, and food suggestions.
